The famous Ukrainian boxer, ex-WBC World Champion Viktor Postol shared his experience:

President of the WBC Ukraine Mykola Kovalchuk told how boxing helps maintain balance, and added:
The World Boxing Council is not only about boxing, not only about sports. It's also about supporting boxers and their mental health, which is so necessary to bravely enter the ring, face your opponent face-to-face, and overcome difficulties on the way to victory
A psychotherapist from the USA, Dr. Harris Jensen, using the example of his book "Recipes for Positivity", and explained why it is important for athletes to be optimistic.
At the end of the interview, Mykola Kovalchuk thanked Viktor Postol for his regular support of young athletes and the development of Ukrainian boxing. In its turn, the boxer signed the Ukrainian flag, where the Champions' autographs are collected.
