Mercado, 24, will make the fourth defense of the 122-pound crown, which she won from Kenyan Fatuma Zarika in 2019.
Juárez 42, former flyweight, super flyweight and bantamweight world champion, has 55 wins and more than 30 world title fights.
This Friday the official weigh-in of the evening was held at the WBC offices in Mexico City. Yamileth registered 121.5 pounds, while Mariana was 121 pounds.
