WBC Francophone – November 2025: Ukrainian Boxers Continue to Dominate the Updated Rankings
The World Boxing Council has released the updated WBC Francophone men’s rankings for November 2025.
Ukrainian fighters maintain strong leadership in the Francophone region — with three reigning champions, former titleholders, and more than ten boxers holding top positions across multiple divisions.
Heavyweight
Bohdan Myronets holds 9th place in the WBC Francophone rankings.
A former titleholder of this organization, Myronets remains one of the most consistent heavyweights, combining physical strength and endurance to stay among the division’s top 10.
Oleksandr Zakhozhyi, a former WBC Francophone champion, currently sits at 12th place.
His size, power, and experience continue to make him a dangerous opponent and a stable presence in the rankings.
Andriy Rudenko, ranked 29th, remains one of Ukraine’s most experienced heavyweights, consistently performing at a solid level on the international stage.
Bridgerweight
Oleksandr Hrytsiv is the reigning WBC Francophone Champion.
On December 13 in Lviv, he will defend his title against fellow Ukrainian Serhii Radchenko, who has previously competed in Poland and South Africa.
This all-Ukrainian clash will be one of the key events of the year for WBC Ukraine, further demonstrating the country’s dominance in the Bridgerweight division.
Vitalii Stalchenko, ranked 6th, continues to improve and is moving steadily toward the division’s top five.
Cruiserweight
Viktor Trush holds 21st place in the WBC Francophone rankings.
He remains among the leading representatives of the division and continues to compete on the international level.
Light Heavyweight
Daniel Lapin occupies 4th place in the rankings.
His technical style and consistent performances make him one of the main contenders for a WBC Francophone title shot in 2026.
Middleweight
Petro Frolov is ranked 13th in the WBC Francophone standings.
In 2025, he represented Ukraine in the WBC Grand Prix, showcasing strong technical skills and composure.
Frolov remains among the top-ranked middleweights, with solid chances of breaking into the top 10 next year.

Super Welterweight
Maksym Molodan is the current WBC Francophone Champion, having captured the vacant title on October 25, 2025, in Herstal, Belgium.
He previously participated in the WBC Grand Prix, demonstrating high-level preparation and international competitiveness.
Molodan’s speed, technical precision, and mental strength make him one of the brightest representatives of the new Ukrainian generation.
Welterweight
Yaroslav Mykhalushko is the reigning WBC Francophone Champion, who successfully defended his belt in Herstal in October and additionally claimed the WBC International title.
This double success highlighted Mykhalushko’s consistency and established him as one of Ukraine’s most successful active champions.

Super Lightweight
Aram Faniian holds 2nd place, while Danylo Lozan stands at 5th place in the WBC Francophone rankings.
Faniian remains the leading title contender, and Lozan — a WBC Grand Prix semifinalist — confirmed his status as one of Ukraine’s most promising young fighters.
Lightweight
Denys Berinchyk tops the WBC Francophone rankings at 1st place, while Danylo Honcharuk follows closely at 2nd. Ukrainian lightweights continue to dominate the division, holding the two leading positions in the standings.
Ukraine currently holds three WBC Francophone titles — Oleksandr Hrytsiv (Bridgerweight), Maksym Molodan (Super-welterweight), and Yaroslav Mykhalushko(Welterweight, also WBC International Champion).
